Lip condoms save the day.
Clooney could have been great, but his dialogue was bad, so bad that you could see that he had trouble acting to it. He could have been great in the role with more daring writing, as he was in From Dusk Till Dawn. Ivy’s reference to her own action figure was disgusting, blatant advertisement, with no comedy in it. The T+A shots of Silverstone in her Batsuit were hilarious. She’s got a lazy lower lip, a lot like Sylvester Stallone. Vendela turns in an Oscar-worthy performance. A guest appearance by Max Headroom.
Pretty sloppy effects. Bending ice, a ridiculously fake CGI tear, bad acrobatics. Gotta love the 2001-imitation computer screen lights projected onto Alicia’s face.
