OK, but not as good as it should have been. Dark and moody, but Burton’s a bit of a disappointment. The script isn’t too smart, the characters aren’t too interesting, and some of the photography/editing looks a bit sloppy.
Keaton isn’t the best choice for Batman. Everyone is too old for their roles, I think. Basinger’s got the “little girl scream” down pretty good, though.
