Great story (seemed a bit like Mission: Impossible) with the same flavor as The Professional. This one felt a lot like a Cameron film. Lots of light blues. Also a Terminator 2 line about Uncle Bob and a Josephine/Doris twist from True Lies.

The main actress was great in the role. She did a great job playing the girl when she was younger. I think that she was a bit too weird, though. She kinda reminded me of Hillary. Fantastic restaurant/kitchen scene. The ending was all right, but I expected something better.

Except for the typical gay 80’s music found in many French movies, the film was surprisingly American in style. I think The Professional had just the right balance of American style and foreign flavor.
