Great story, great characters, great directing. The suspense is fantastic. Great flavor. Probably my favorite De Palma film. If anything, a few subtle but sloppy continuity errors between angles in a few of the scenes.
Pacino delivers a commanding, engaging performance. He looks great, and he’s real cool. I love his voice, not as nasal as it used to be. I think he’s a better actor now than he ever was. Penn is also great, and Viggo is cool.
