Not a bad story, but extremely long. Fantastic color and quality (maybe that’s the DVD restoration) and impressive sets for 1939.
Leigh is very cute, Gable is pretty cool. Howard is a horrible actor. It would have taken a super-human acting effort to carry this 400 lb. gorilla of a movie, and it just wasn’t there.
