Surprising cast and cameos. Cusack tends to do more serious, lower-budget stuff now.
Stunted, unrealistically poignant dialogue made it seem like a Kevin Smith movie at times. The meandering storyline was difficult to follow, and the end was like a bumpy landing.
A few moments were mildly autobiographical. I could make a film like this.
