Fast cuts, but still very long and boring. Thank God it was projected at 24 fps, cuz at 16 fps I wouldn’t have been able to take it. The silence didn’t help, either. Unfortunately, I was able to stay awake for the nauseating cow slaughtering at the end. It was the single most disgusting scene I have ever seen in a movie. The film joins Apocalypse Now in the Cattle Mutilation Club.
