Good modern noir. Nice twist at the end.
Spacey, an unknown at the time, works the role well, although some of his dialogue is a bit rushed. Del Toro and the others make an interesting mix of actors and characters. May have been better with an established star as one of the suspects to give the performances more of an achor.
