Better than the first. Better story (quote touching), better characters, better action, better animation.
Bullseye was adorable, and Cusack was fantastic.
It’s amazing how far animation has come. I had a hard time distinguishing some of the animation from real life at points. But fully animated humans still look a bit weird. Would have been really cool to see a few live-action stars playing the humans.
