Zero for Conduct (1933)

Directed by Jean Vigo

Starring Jean Dasté, Robert le Flon, Du Verron, Delphin

Author

Zero for excitement. Aside from the introduction scene on the train, pretty boring and slow. The revolt isn’t really exciting because the authoritative power of the teachers wasn’t clearly established. I mean, they never even tried to teach the kids, they were just there. I wanted them to get thrown out.

Vigo must have had an obsession with little boys, with little boy ass and penis all over the place. Cheap acting, editing, lighting, and camerawork.
