Long. I think the courtroom drama thing is starting to get a bit overdone. I mean, this one’s pretty good, but there have been a zillion courtroom dramas where everything comes together in the end (50’s style), and I think the genre should rest in peace. The twist at the end was kinda cool, but as with most 50’s courtroom dramas, it was hardly worth the wait. The courtroom release was uncomfortably anti-climactic. When you thought there should be tension, there was release. It was very disorienting. Steamy love scene, though. Cool bookends.

I’ve never thought Harrison Ford was a really good actor. I mean, he’s good, and there is certainly a place for him in Hollywood, but I just don’t think he’s as great as he’s made out to be. And he’s not even too good-looking. Ford has always had a really cool mad face, though. Julia is good. Dennehy is OK (Robert Ford is gonna look like him when he gets old). Even the Jurassic Park kid (in a much less annoying role) has a part.
