Kelly is definitely cool. There was never another actor, before him or after him, who could smile that big and still look cool. And man, he was in great shape. O’Connor’s no slouch, either.
The story’s a little patched together, but the musical numbers are good. The long takes are impressive. Aside from a few bouncy dolly movements, nicely photographed.
