Tim Allen played a role tailor-made for Chevy. It’s a Disney movie, and it’s Chevy’s particular brand of humor. Although a few lines are not Chevy-esque, most are. I’m surprised he didn’t do it. I think a younger Chevy would have been the first choice for the role. He would have done a better job, that’s for sure.
I think there was a touch of that Disney dumbness that ruined Man of the House. And some cheesy special effects.
