All the emotion comes from close-ups and camera shaking, not the story. Nauseating close-ups throughout the entire movie. We’re talking eyes to lips close-ups. Hardly a single longshot. The few that there are are refreshing.
They say that they tried not to make it like Seven, but it seemed to me like it could have been a sequel to it. Freeman plays the same character. It would be neat if Freeman continues to do a series of movies with this character. It would also be neater if movies like this were better movies.
