Great characters and cast and acting all around (Paltrow and Luke are mesmerizing). I’d like to see Luke do drama. Owen and Stiller work great together. Murray’s comedy is getting so obscure that it’s hard to see sometimes.
Very sarcastic, mildly dark humor, like Rushmore. The film is even *shot* sarcastically. The retro feel adds a pleasant “adolescent dorkiness” to the comedy, an Anderson trademark.
The priest falling down stairs was hilarious.
