OK. Ferrell is capable of funnier stuff, most of this seemed too scripted. Deschanel’s a cutie and a great singer.
The end was touching. I think it would have been great if the movie as a whole was a more serious story about the spirit of Christmas. Without Ferrell, of course.
The stomping reindeer effects were awesome.
