A really well-made film. It really had a nice feeling to it. Not flawless, but pretty close. It’s actually one of the scariest movies I have ever seen.
A lot of Star Wars references, including the musical score (by the same guy who did Star Wars), Eliot playing with Star Wars figures, Eliot’s brother talking like Yoda, and a kid in a Yoda costume on Halloween.
Great special effects for its time, but now I have to say that some parts actually look cheesy. Really neat to see a young Drew Barrymore and Erika Eleniak in the film.
