Thoughts on every movie I've ever seen.

A little too long, and little too much singing, but all in all, some good lessons for young ones. One of the things I really appreciated about this when I was younger was how it dealt with the subject of death, normally taboo for kids. Perhaps this is a good way to connect with kids on this subject.

Now that I’m older, I recognize it as vintage Hanna Barbera. Cels on mattes, peopleā€š people’s legs moving faster than they should be, all women animated the same way, 45 degree angles (or awkward-looking profiles) on every character.

Is this the first time animals talk only when there are no people around?
