Being the first one Iíve seen all the way through, and not having read any of the books, there is obviously a lot of back story which I’m missing. Which is fine. I wouldnít expect each of the 7 movies to reintroduce all of the characters.
There are obviously a lot of passionate people funneling money into these movies. And an amazing cast. Lots of people want to be in this movie. I just wish Harry wasnít such a weenie. Hopefully, Harry will finally kick some ass in the final movies. And Gambon is a poor manís Ian McKellen.
Amazingly high production value. You can see it in the filmís effects (even the credits). The boy giant was amazingly expressive. Would love to see him play a larger role in future movies.
After all this, I just canít get into these movies. Iím not sure what it is.
